Theog, Himachal Pradesh, India, 12 December 2016, 1336 hours:
After years of construction and constant work to build the Rohru Theog Road, the work has finally finished and it is paying off – it’s like a national highway now! Earlier one had to go extremely slow as the entire road was full of giant pot holes with loose rock and sand everywhere. One had to be extremely careful when a car passed you by, as the dust would rise like a storm in a desert making it impossible to see the road ahead.
Look at it now – that’s the government at work, putting tax-payer money to great use for local and national benefit.
