I am not a breakfast person, but hot aloo parathas made with local home-grown potatoes, and served with home-made butter, pickle, dahi and fried egg, meant I had three helpings of everything.
I met three very interesting individuals just after breakfast. Two are mountain-climbing and ice-climbing instructors, one is a rock-climber.
They are the only outsiders that seem to be around – apart from us that is.
