Sikkim Diaries: Mutton Thali by The Teesta

Bagdogra-Gangtok Road, ’29 Mile’, 10-Oct-2017, 15:30:

Two hours out of Bagdogra, we stopped at this place called “29 Mile” to have our fourth meal of the day. Since morning, we have had two meals on the Jet Airways flights – from Pune to Delhi and then from Delhi to Bagdogra – and one meal at Delhi airport.

At the 29 Mile, we stopped at Abhinay Restaurant and ordered a plate of mutton rice each. And this has turned out to be the best meal of the day. The pleasant weather and the  resplendent view of the Teesta river from the restaurant acted as our starter and dessert while we enjoyed the Mutton Thali!
