We arrived at Dharamshala at 5:30 in the morning. As there was still some time for the sun to show, we decided to walk from Dharamshala to Mcleodganj by the old potala road or the ‘Khara Danda’ road as known by the locals. With first light we got to see the magnificent Dhauladhar range towering in front of us as it’s snow clad peaks pierced the sky.
After slowly sinking into the bliss that the sights bestowed on us, we reached Bhagsu Nag temple at about 7:30 a.m. The persistent clouds have kept us from getting inside the cold water pool right in front of us. For now, there can be nothing better then gripping a cup of hot coffee as the wanderlust prevails.
