Pelling, Sikkim, India, 17 June 2018, 1105 hours:
Today is the first clear day in the past four days. And by that I mean there is no rain or fog. There is mist and white clouds.
We drove through Darpa village, stopping briefly to enjoy the view of Upper Rimbi village on the mountain across from Darpa.
We just passed the Rimbi waterfall near Rimbi village. This village is home to the Rimbi Karchen Power Plant, said to be one of the oldest in Sikkim.
