The team is crossing Mandi at the moment and they sent some great on-the-move photos of the new highway between Sundernagar and Mandi. It is quite stunning. 

Here’re Ameen’s thoughts:

“As evening descends, maybe this is the last stretch of a wide flat road that will speed up our journey to Kasol”.

The Chandigarh-Shimla-Narkanda 4-lane project is also well under way, as are other roadway projects elsewhere including the 4-lane highway through Manali, the tunnel from Solang Valley to Keylong, and the new roadway from Kafnu to Mudh, among others.
